Great product, shame about the price.
I originally found these in the discount section in a shop priced at £1.50 a box so a massive bargain, so I was really disheartened to see them at such a markup online. I had a marathon coming up and had run out so brought these for recovery after. With such a high price I'm afraid to say I wont be buying again and will look for an alternative.USE/ EFFECTIVENESSThis can be taken anytime of day, the magnesium is a good sleep aid so I often drink before bed to rehydrate/ recover my muscles overnight. I definitely feel better and experience less tightness after a workout when using this supplement.FLAVOURThe flavour is nice and natural, similar to that of a sweet Christmas clementine or tangerine.VALUE for MONEYYou get 12 sachets in a box when I purchased this product it was priced at £9.00 which works out at 0.75p per drink. The recommended serving is x2 sachets per day so if you were taking as recommended it works out about £1.50 a day so rather pricey. I limit myself to one sachet in the evening after an intense workout or when my muscles feel sore. I would recommend if you're trying to be cost effective to use this supplement as a PRN or when required rather than as scripted, for me at least it works well and I notice a difference.

Pleasant taste, but high price and side effects puts me off.
As someone who is very active, workouts daily and also practices Yoga, I take a few different supplements to boost various vitamins and minerals which my body requires for strenuous activity.I have been specifically recommended to take additional magnesium and potassium by my personal trainer. I was therefore interested to review these sachets and see how they compare to the usual supplements which I take.Within the box there are 12 sachets, and with a recommendation of taking 2 per day, you are provided with 6 days worth of dosage. They are currently priced on Amazon at £12.95 per box; therefore they are in the higher price bracket. You would need approximately 5 boxes for a months worth of sachets, meaning a monthly cost of these would be £64.75.The sachets are easy to open, and mix well with the correct amount of water. You do not necessarily need to add any additional flavouring, and once mixed the powder is effervescent and produces a “sparkling water” texture. The taste is slightly sweet so it doesn’t taste medicinal and is easy to swallow.I do like these sachets and the taste is one of the better hydration drinks I have tried, however, they have caused me to have some slight stomach ache later on in the day.Overall I do like these, however I don’t think they are quite right for me. In addition, the cost of these is very high, and I haven’t noticed any difference in my recovery or performance compared to the cheaper versions of magnesium/potassium drinks which I would usually have. Therefore, I cannot agree that they are worth the price that Swisse are asking.Overall I would give this product an 3/5 - marking two points down on price, lack of noticeable positive results and overall experience.

Good supplement to incorporate into a active lifestyle
I've been trying to live an active lifestyle, especially during the quarantine, doing weights and cardio on a regular basis. And from my own personal research, it can be beneficial to take supplements usually protein but also other things like B12 and magnesium. So I thought I would give this a try and see how it goes, as recommended by the instructions I took 2 a day for 6 days. For the price of £12.95 per box, this quickly adds up if you wanted to take them constantly. I did indeed notice an increase in energy and the ability to lift slightly more weight by the end of the 6 days. But I also did find it quite difficult to drink the mixture which is diluted in water as I tend to like flavoured drinks so adding a bit of juice can help.Overall it's a good product that did work for me and if you can afford it go for it, but it's worth considering there are cheaper alternatives which some people may prefer like pill form tablets so it may be worth looking around.

Good product but pricey
Swisse a well known and respected brand name this product is to aid with energy and muscle recovery. The main ingredients being magnesium and potassium at high concentrate, I do go to the gym and often post gym have aching muscles and do sometimes have an energy dip after the initial endorphine high.Taking these does alleviate the symptoms but tbh just a simple electrolyte powder would probably have the same effect which brings me to the bigger issue here in that two sachets a day are recommended and there is only 12 sachets in a box so less than a weeks supply for just shy of £13 doesn't in my mind represent good value for money.Lovely citrus taste though mixed with 250ml of water.
