My original order arrived with seven pieces missing. I contacted the vendor and after a series of email exchanges they shipped what they thought were the missing parts. Upon receipt of that shipment, I was disappointed to discover that the shipment was filled with parts from a different patio set, not the one I own. This normally would not yield a high rating but I must commend the vendor on their customer service during this ordeal. They have been very responsive via email and submitted a substantial refund as compensation for my inconvenience. Although this has not been the most ideal transaction, I still think the customer service delivery was good enough to warrant a high grade.With regard to the product, my only complaint is that the seat backs and cushions are not anchored to the frame and slide around a lot. They need to be adjusted constantly and that can be slightly annoying. Other than that, the patio set is satisfactory.

Took about an hour to assemble and I think for the price it is a good value. The wicker furniture itself was beautiful and felt sturdy enough. I found the cushions to be quite thin and plastic-y. The set itself is very attractive and my only wish is that the cushions were nicer quality but again I think for the price, the quality was about what I expected.

Difficult to put together. Seems sturdy once it was assembled. Not the cushiest but pretty comfortable. Value for the dollar is exceptional. We are really enjoying the set..

Although it took a while to get here with delays on shipping, we are very pleased with our furniture set!

Love this product! Fits perfect on a small deck. Looks nicer than it feels, wouldn’t say it’s super comfortable but serves its purpose. Time consuming to put together but not difficult at all.

Has a lot of issues, but they are working to resolve said issues.

Great buy .beautiful set.Just the back pillows don’t stay placed.and came with a torn pillow,which is being replaced by seller.Good buy for the price.comfortable,stylish and sturdy.
