Looks Great out of the box, metal sliders kept on coming undone, then the bracelet began to fray leaving sharp bits of wire which caught on clothing and made it hade to put on or take off

Product arrived on time and is exactly as advertised. Very pleased with the mm edic alert bracelet. Engraving clear and a good fit. But since receiving the bracelet on 7th October 2021, the mesh bracelet has begun to fragment and the several rough edges have caught on clothing. I have contacted the suppliers who baldly state that there is only a three month guarantee so no action from them. I am now having to buy another bracelet as it is important I wear a medic alert bracelet. I naively expected more than 5 months use out of the bracelet.

Sadly after 3 months the metal strap started to catch on my clothes and my skin. I couldn't take it of because the frayed bit was after the little catches, in the end I had to get it cut of my wrist
