Great Probiotic
Really happy with the product! Definitely feel like they help my gut. Not huge pills and easy to swallow. They do have a bit of a smell and bad taste, but can easily be taken with juice and you can’t taste them!

Probably one of the only brands I will ever trust purchasing off of amazon. When it comes to medicine I get very weird about trying something offline, but I gave these guys a shot and I am so glad I did! The smell was bad, the taste was okay, but the energy and almost mental clairty? I felt was beyond compare. Such a great brand to purchase from I will be doing so again shortly!

i had my 3rd baby just a month ago and these postnatal along with my prenatal helped TREMENDOUSLY! i felt stronger after my second week and thankfully no sad feelings/thoughts. i loved them so much i put them on a subscription

Improved taste!
I’ve been taking these for about 6 months and the other reviews are right that they are STINKY and have a funky taste. However, my recent batch tasted minty (ok, still a little fishy) but a much improved taste and not nearly as smelly!

Tastes great
This is awesome, I’m glad I added it to my post natal routine. I never took probiotics but I read up somewhere to try it especially if you’re pumping/breatfeeding.

Dropped my milk supply
Unfortunately this product dropped my milk supply. I changed pump parts and I wasn’t on my period. This was the only new product added to my supplements. The smell is quite pungent. Sadly will not use this anymore 😣

It actually works, and as I age I need that.
This is a fantastic product. I love Mary Ruth’s products and this one is just as great as all the others I have or do use. The packaging is super secure and has a lot of fantastic information on it. Maybe the fine print directions could be made a bit bigger but it is not s big deal. When you open the bottle the smell of these is very earthy which gives you confidence it is natural and makes you feel good using it. Taking two at night makes my morning very smooth and easy. If you want to have an easy and productive time on your throne purchase these. Worth every penny and I will not be without them.
