Is the cream balm version a good dupe for the dr. jart+ ceramidin cream?

Dr Jart has led of an occlusive feel to it. This is a good balm but it does not "sink" into your skin like the ceramidin cream. I would use this more for extra dry skin, not on the face.

If this is a dr jart dupe why does it say not for use all over face?

Cause it is really heavy cream, so I personally wouldn't put it right under the eyes or on the eye lids.
