Best Hunt a Killer game out there
Fun murder mystery game. Lots of puzzles and clues to sift through and they are all relevant to the murder. If you can connect the clues you’ll make a wild discovery! This one is the best hunt a killer game I’ve done, much much better than Death at the Dive Bar and Murder at the Motel.

Family Fun with Teens
This is the second Hunt a Killer game my family has played in the past two months; we really enjoy the puzzle aspects and working together to crack the aspects of the case. This was rated two diamonds out of five for difficulty, and took about 90 minutes. The first one was also rated two diamonds but took us longer - once you've got the hang of the paperwork format, it goes a little faster. The box says for 14+ and I would agree with that; the coroner's report was graphic and there are mild sexual references. Just be aware this is not the party experience where you dress up as characters in the story - this game involves a lot of quiet reading then comparing notes and impressions. If that sounds fun to you, you'll enjoy it!

It’s the best game ever
So fun to play, and is absolutely an amazing game. I recommend this game to anyone that loves same and colby, along with ghost hunting because you will feel like you are actually hunting them and not just in a game. Love this game so much!

Fun
Love these! They are fun to play, draw in family and friends with a fun game! The more minds that come together the more fun it seems! Not overly difficult, but challenge enough to keep it worth the play!

Fun game to play with friends
This game is easy to learn. It's fun to play with some friends. You have to look at the evidence, which looks real and figure out the clues before finding out the next clues and to solve the murder.

Fun but flawed
Purchased the Homicide at the Heist version for a game night with my girl. The game is well made and organized. I liked the challenges and mini games as part of the investigation, they were designed with a fair amount of false leads and made the player pay attention to every detail. However, despite us spending about 2 hours, we got permanently stuck, gave up and looked at the hints. While the hints were clearly designed to make the player work for the answer, i.e. they still required reviewing the evidence, in a lot of cases, particularly in that of identifying the people speaking in the transcript, they weren't particularly helpful. We ended up brute-forcing the murderer's name and received a letter describing how the killer did it. It wasn't particularly convincing and was based on four pieces of evidence. One we identified unassisted. The second one still escapes my logic (despite putting in some time researching online after). The third clue was questionable as well and we didn't catch it. And the fourth one wasn't well outlined but fair enough and we made the right connection. The game is rated as medium-low difficulty. I think that the game "plot" could use some refinement of the logical leaps in the evidence. Also, we could've used more quality evidence pointing to the actual killer, to distinguish the killer from the other suspects. Still had some fun playing.
