Greenworks 18-Inch 10 Amp Corded String Trimmer (Attachment Capable) 21142 (Renewed)

Great tool - This was a "Renewed" trimmer, the price was really attractive. The Greenworks trimmer arrived quickly - had it together quick & easy. I've used it only once and I am totally happy. These renewed units get extra attention and it looked totally new. This model has allot of kick and was easy to use. The adjustable strap is a nice feature. YES on Greenworks and yes on "Renewed".

I liked the power and the convenience of being able to trim and edge with the same tool. The 0.80 string will cut through thick weeds quickly and powerful enough to edge and make a deep rut for water runoff. Although on the heavy side with the supplied lanyard around the neck reduces the fatigue factor. Loading the string spool easy but I don't use the bump feature to advance the string. I stop and turn the trimmer head up so I can pull string out while pushing the bump knob with my finger. This saves string and wear & tear on the trimming head without over advancing excess string. My property front is about 200 feet. Multiply that by three since there is a sidwalk plus curb. I love this tool and plan to get the hedge trimmer attachment for reaching high shrubs.

This baby has some kick to it. Feels heavy and solid. Not a flimsy unit at all. Very powerful. Too much for weekend yard work, but fun to use. The guard is WAY TOO SMALL. Wear boots and jeans with this thing. Also, be careful of rocks and other debris flying toward your house, windows, etc...

Powerful corded trimmer renewed Greenworks 10 amp engine is powerful, always use safety equipment. Had to go online trying to figure out how to change the line in this new spool. But that's my fault for not reading. Was easy to change the line. Like that I could add attachments to it.

Works well on my impossible yard with rocks and came grass. Hope it lasts because I love it so far.

10 amp has plenty of power, this one gets the tough jobs done! Great value.
