It works well except i don't want the initial time delay. how can i get it to start the timer only on button push? do i add a jumper?

It stated it's a 12v Delay Relay Switch. However, the diagram in the picture showed it can operate on 5, 9 or 12VDC. Can someone verify? Thanks

Is there a delay relay board that will delay the start up or energizing of the relay? All of these energize on trigger. I want to trigger then delay
