I’ve ordered for years. Aveeno switched to pump top, which is difficult to unlock and leaves 25% of lotion at bottom. Any way to get old style top?

Two approaches help. 1) Keep the unlocked top from the last bottle and just swap. It is true that unlocking the new top is needlessly difficult. 2) Once the pump top stops working, split the bottle but don't cut all the way through. The remainder will be accessible and stay moist enough to use for several days after.

Is the moisturizing cream comparable to the balm?

The balm is more like the texture of Aquaphor (it's a clear-ish balm) while this is more of a creamy lotion

Bottle says cream, but is it thinner like a lotion.

It has a little bit thicker consistency than Lubriderm. Like a rich lotion. Easy to spread and the skin absorbs it well.

WORKED FOR ME . . .

Love this wonderful cream. It has helped my excema which I have had for over 25 years. I had used it back in 2019 and it didn't seem to help that much and started using something else. I tried again this year in February and it seemed to be improving my my excema so have been using only it for the last 6 months and my skin is 90% clear with no more itching. Amazing but don't really know if something else may have caused the change. I tend to think it was the Aveeno and I have subscribed so I always have it as it softens my very dry skin and is not oily. It is worth a try!

Relief for Itching Caused by Chemo

A family member got this to help get rid of the strong, whole body itching sensation caused by chemo, & it was the only thing that worked! So much safer than steroid creams (which couldn't be used as often or extensively). The only minor drawback was that they needed twice daily showers to get rid of the build-up, but those were also a relief from the itching. And the Aveeno kept the showers from drying out their skin. Highly recommend.
