We always light lanterns rather than fireworks so as not to frighten any animals or peiples pets around us These are really good quality, they're so easy to use especially if you have a candle lighter or a chefs torch and they're super bright and colourful. They're much bigger than some I've previously purchased which I love. Great value for money and I will be buying again!

These lanterns are the biggest I've ever bought. got them for my niece....they are literally as big as she is (she is 5 years old). They are difficult to get lit when it is windy because they are so big. you would need 2 people or try light it. We were able to light one of them and it finally floated up into the sky. it went very far and we could see it for a while. definitely recommend them....but not if its going to be windy where u are!

There are a few reviews about these ripping, but I didn't have that experience, the did exactly as they were supposed to, 2 people are required however as they are very big, but beautiful when they take off. None of them were damaged at all and all flew high

Difficult to light, billow in the breeze, cave inwards, don't keep their shape and set fire to themselves, crash and burn. Not recommended.

Surprised at how big the lanterns were. They were so beautifully coloured and great quality. We wrote a little message on them before lighting them and sending them off. Lit easily and were just perfect for the occasion. I would definitely highly recommend.

Of the 8 lanterns that were bought for New Year's Eve celebrations, 2 had gaping holes in the side seams of the lanterns where they had not been properly glued. One just would not light, but we managed to get 4 of the remaining ones to inflate properly and take to the sky. They are of a good manageable size, not too easy to light and definitely a 2 person job. It was surprisingly still just after midnight so the lanterns that did work inflated easily and after a few minutes took off and floated away. They got to a reasonable height and lasted for 2 to 3 minutes in flight before the flames extinguished.

I was excited to try the Chinese Sky Lanterns, especially since they are advertised as 100% biodegradable. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. Several of the lanterns didn’t light properly, and the biodegradable claim seems misleading as they took longer to burn than expected, leaving a lot of residue. The quality was poor, and they didn’t stay afloat for as long as advertised. Additionally, some of the lanterns tore easily, making them unusable. Overall, I’m disappointed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it for those looking for a reliable, eco-friendly option.

I was thrilled to receive these sky lanterns in perfect condition, with no damage during delivery. They all worked wonderfully, but a word of caution – they’re quite delicate. The material is light, so opening them gently is essential, any extra force can easily tear the lantern, making it unusable. Overall, they’re a beautiful addition to any celebration.
