Amazon Brand - Mama Bear Organic Baby Food, Carrots, 3.98 Ounce Tub, Pack of 12

This food is super watery! At almost 10m, my baby is pretty good at using a spoon and feeding herself, but this stuff just dribbles off the spoon and right out of her mouth. I have to add a bit of oatmeal to it to keep it from being super runny, which is irritating. The lid isn't a great seal so if you want to save some for later and it accidentally tips over, it will spill everywhere. The seal on it is so tight that when you open it, you are guaranteed to get the food all over yourself and anything in a 12" radius of the container, so watch out! Never wear white when opening these. I usually love Amazon brand things, but this was a big disappointment.

Great healthy one ingredient product!! Only issue is opening the package! Beware this stuff go’s everywhere do you overfilling! It’s kinda of oddly impressive it got on the ceiling I’ve never seen anything like it! So that aside it’s great lol

Although this product is cheaper compared to other name brands.. it had a watery/lumpy texture. The box of purée I received was also one month away from the expiration date. My baby did not enjoy this purée carrots vs other brands of purée carrots.

A bit watery but my baby likes it

This is Amazon Mama Bear Organic Baby Food Carrots is decent for the price. Unfortunately we had to mix it with other foods for our kiddo because she seemed to like the flavor but kept gagging on the texture (7 m/o)Texture: not as smooth as other baby food brands - looks more like the strained carrots we made in our instant pot.Flavor: good - as expected and liked by childrenPrice: at about $1 per container The price is good for organic baby food, plus Prime shipping is a plus.Packaging: stacks nicely. Bowl-type container is good for younger babies since I squeeze the pouches into a spoon anyway - might as well have a jar/bowl-type container.

Overall, this is a good quality baby food but the packaging could be a bit better.Cons:-The lids on these containers pop off easily, which is a problem if you already used half of one, and then want to travel with it. When the box arrived, 6 of the lids had fallen off, which wasn’t an issue because they are also sealed, but a minor inconvenience.Pros:-Certified organic-Looks and tastes fresh and vibrant-Non-BPA packaging so you don’t have to worry about anything leaching into the food
