Hush Anesthetic Tattoo Numbing Gel 4oz

THIS STUFF IS SO AMAZING. I have had tattoos before and they were probably on a pain scale from 3-5 and I just started my back tattoo and the pain (on a scale from 1-10) was from a 9.5-15. I applied hush an hour before my appointment, saran wrapped my entire torso, and had an anxiety attack on the table because of how terrified I was because of the first session, but the pain was non-existent. It honestly felt like someone running their finger up and down my back. Now sure, in a couple spots the pain maybe got to a 3 because there was not a whole lot of hush put on that one specific spot, but this stuff is a god sent and I will not buy anything else.The artist working on me also got alot further than he normally would have in one session and the lines are perfect, theres no "free lines" as we call them because their all screwed up because I kept moving. Very relaxing.And it's vegan. what more could you want. (Disregarding the price, because this stuff is worth a lot more than they're charging. If you want something cheaper than dont buy it. Easy as that.)

This did seem to have some numbing effect, especially compared to others on the market, such as Dr, Numb. The price is much better for the effects you receive as well. It doesn't take tattoo pain away 100%, but does take a little bit of the bite away from the feeling, at least for the first hour til you get used to the feel of the tattoo....which is the real fun of a tattoo.

I applied as directed by the bottle, actually let my husband do it since he’s a tattoo artist and knows about this stuff. Within 30 minutes of starting the tattoo I could feel everything. I wouldn’t recommend this.. it’s not worth the money.

Worked well for me. I let the gel sit on my skin for 2 hours with saran wrap around my body. It really helped with the sensitive area near my tailbone. Important thing is to give it time. My tattoo artist decided to test if it would work after 30 minutes with saran wrap; it barely did for shading and that was with broken skin. Otherwise, the product did the job as described and lasted a little over 3 hours for me.

I used this exactly as described and it made my arm extremely cold so I thought this was going to work great! I was disappointed! It did work pretty well at dulling the pain for the first 30 minutes or so but that's about it. This was not my first tattoo so I'm familiar with the pain of one and this was the first time I'd ever tried a numbing product. Next time I'll deal with it and save myself the $30.

Worked extremely well! It was noticeable the areas where we did not apply the gel because it was VERY painful! Highly recommend! I won't get another tattoo without it!

There is a cold, burning sensation while the gel is on the skin, but there was no sensation when I had my tattoo done.
