then these are a terrific product and they did exactly that for me
If you need an o-ring to keep your keys from bottoming out and thus "clacking," and if you want to reduce the travel distance of your mechanical keyboard keys, then these are a terrific product and they did exactly that for me. They more than serve their purpose. For my needs, I don't like them. I type on a Das Keyboard 4 Ultimate (clicky blue) and am pretty heavy-handed. I move fast and have considered getting a keyboard with Cherry mx greens just to keep from accidentally depressing keys in my rush. I also enjoy the clacking of the keys when they bottom out, and don't consider it a problem. That being said, my curiosity led me to apply these my keyboard (it takes some time), and I typed on it for long enough to know that 1)this is a great product that does exactly what it advertises, and 2) they aren't for me. Besides taking away the clack (not the click of the blues. The actuation click is still there), it also reduced the travel distance so much, and made it so easy to press the keys, that I found myself on the backspace bar more often than ever. So, if you're like me, and you're already considering getting green switches because accidental key presses are your most frequent typing issue, I recommend leaving these for others.

I received plenty of o-rings for a good price. O-rings did indeed reduced the keystroke noise significantly. So if you are using open style (such as corsair k70) keyboards or keyboards with noisy switches, these might be a good tool to reduce the noise. However, putting the rings under keycaps does reduced the joy of typing. The travel distance becomes short for each key and my fingers tire out more easily after inserting the rings as I bottom out more often. If you are concerned about your surroundings and want to reduce the noise of mechanical switches, this is a great product. But if you don't have to care about noise, inserting these into the keyboard only ruins the joy of typing. Everything feels like brown switches with dead springs.

Works as intended!
This works as intended. They go on surprisingly easy and they do dampen out the noise of when the key bottoms out. If you don't bottom out the keys at all or don't have a mechanical keyboard (what these are intended for), then these won't do much of anything for you. I put these on both my Corsair Strafe and the Razer BlackWidow. The click sound is still there from the Blackwidow and that is just the design of the keys. You're not going to mute that sound ever and I personally have no complaint about that. That is more of an FYI to those that were curious if it did that. I repeat, these things mute the sound of the key bottoming out.

Did not come with enough O-rings to cover my K70
Did not come with enough O-rings to cover my K70 (Standard 105-key layout). Should have gone with WADS. Would like to return or replace but these suckers are hard to remove... Not worth the time.Other than not having the right amount, they're pretty good. Have them covering the 60% part of my board and it does significantly reduce the metallic clackiness. Contrary to what others have said, I feel the reduced travel distance is very noticeable, not that its bad but it'll take a little getting used to.

Much quieter and softer keystrokes
These o-rings have quieted my keyboard down significantly. Before these, others could hear me typing away which was troublesome while people were asleep. Now, I can type without disturbing those around me. The feel of the keys is much softer and the keys don't bottom out as hard as they used to. In the package are extra O-rings which are useful for doubling up on certain keys. For example, my space key remained increadibly loud even after the addition of one set of o-rings. I added a second set and now the noise level is on par with the rest of my keys. Great product, decent price and noticeable sound and feel to my keys.

Bad impact on typing feel
These O-rings are of perfectly good quality. The number of stars awarded has nothing to do with the quality of the devices. Thus, it could be perceived to be an unfair rating. Allow me to explain my rationale.I installed these on a DasKeyboard in conjunction with a PBT keycap set. Yes, the O-rings quieted the 'board to some extent. Yes, they provided a more cushioned sensation when the keys were depressed fully. That said, I found that those advantages were far outweighed by the issues they introduced. To put it bluntly, the O-rings ruined the typing feel for me. Lesson learned. I will not install such dampeners on a keyboard again. They don't suit me.There's a hat for every head, though, and if you prefer the feel of a dampened 'board, these will probably work great for you. I don't feel altgether happy about this rating, as it's not Rosewill's fault that my experience wasn't positive. Still and all, for those who are considering installing them, I feel compelled to voice my concerns.

One Star
Very little effect on my Corsair STRAFE. Slightly dims the backlight too.

Good at reducing noise, but quite thick.
These are simple to install and really reduce that initial click when you bottom out one of your keys. I'm using mine on a Corsair K70 RGB with Cherry MX Brown switches, and the difference was immediately noticeable. However, I've noticed a bit of increased typing inaccuracy, most likely due to the lower travel time. It's most prominent when using the shift key for a capital letter, sometimes it won't register. While these are good, I'd recommend thinner o-rings, as these are pretty large. On the plus side, they include a keycap removal tool.
