Men's 4-Way Stretch Temp Control Straight Fit Dress Pant

These pants fit well (I tried them on at JCP) before finding them cheaper here than there. I love the stretch feel and I actually wear a waist size smaller on these pants due to the stretch (from a 32 down to 30). They have a fabric feel to them (not synthetic) and look great!The only issue I had was the misleading khaki color from the photo to reality. The khaki that showed up is quite a bit darker than their photo - still a nice color, but I already have that color in the closet. The light gray looks fantastic!

I am somewhat older and have acquired a bit of a tummy. The expansion waist .is really nice and the size is spot on correct at 38x 29. The pants are some of my Sunday go to meetin' clothes. For ya''ll not from the South that means go to Church clothes. The pants look really good which is what you expect from VanHusen.

Felt like weird plastic type material? Very odd.

These pants were so comfortable I ordered more. The fabric is flexible and I like the fit. Minimal ironing if removed right away from the dryer.

I tried 4 pair of pants of different material and color and the same size. The only pair that fit exactly right was the Van Heusen.

Material is thinner but not too thin. Fit is exact not roomy. We are satisfied with what we received.
