The Brewer’s Best Red Ale Beer Making Kit was easy to use and produced a smooth, flavorful red ale with great color and aroma. The instructions were clear enough for beginners, but the quality of the ingredients also makes it enjoyable for experienced homebrewers. Fermentation went smoothly, and the finished beer had a rich malt flavor with just the right balance of hops.

I should have bought all they had when I could. I mean for $26.00 for a 5-Gallon kit! Worked great, sadly this must have been a going out of business sale, as they don't sell these kits anymore. Rats.

Delicious flavor when brewed correctly. Have been able to modify recipe and made it even better! Comes with everything required for the home brewer.

Excellent beer, easy directions.

Easy beer to make. Great tasting. Comes in at 1/3 the price of craft beer in the store. All you need to make a 5 gal batch around 7 bottle six pacs is included in the kit. Great luck with the American cream Ale and the wheat beer. Used to buy all the fixings separate but these kits are the way to go.

Not happy with this product I must have had bad or expired yeast

Called for two additions of hops, which I thought was weird for a dry Irish stout. But trust the process, right? Alas, it's overly hopped on aroma, excessively bitter for the style, generally not representative of the intended beer category. The mouth feel and flavor seems good, but I think the hops should be cut in half at a minimum, maybe even switch either to slightly staled or a classic low AA variety. Other kits from this company have been excellent but this recipe needs revised.
