My son had a few stubborn warts on his knee and this stuff took care of it. I applied it probably 4-5 nights over the course of a week or so and covered it with a bandaid, then took a break for about a week to assess. It was definitely effective in getting rid of them and I haven't had to reapply it since. I will say my 6 year old said it stung but I suppose that is to be expected. I also had to clean his knee thoroughly with a bath/washcloth throughout the whole week as the gel creates a white, sticky, bubbly paste once applied.

Okay I rarely come in and write reviews but for this product I must!!!! Let’s just say I had this stubborn wart on my finger for forever. I’ve tried freeze. I’ve tried the Band-Aids. I’ve tried everything except for this gel. I came on Amazon and read the reviews and saw there was excellent reviews so I tried this product myself. Let’s just say two applications and it’s already almost gone. I cannot believe it. I’m in disbelief. This is by far the best product I’ve ever used and happy that this stubborn wart is almost gone. This gel gets a 5 star review from me :) I’m sorry I don’t have a before picture, it truly works!!!

Highly recommend, it works! I had four warts along my neck. After trying and giving up on different remedies, Compound W began working immediately, in just four days the warts were gone. *Burning/stinging sensation may occur, I preferred it knowing the warts were being cleaned out completely. I read a bunch of review to make sure this would work in my case and the following is a summary of them and my experience. For months, I thought I just had a blister on my hand as I do a lot of outdoor work so have other blisters. But this one was painful and I finally made the connection that I had a wart under my blister. I bought this product and followed instructions to the word. First thing in the morning, I would soak my hand in warm/hot water for 5 minutes, dry off and then apply the gel. After blowing on it for a few minutes (on/off), I was sure it wouldn't smudge but I was still careful and could start my day. After about 15 minutes it really hardened and it definitely didn't need to worry about it. I repeated these same steps at night before bed (night was easier as I just did it after showering and brushing my teeth so no need to soak. For the first two weeks, I didn't notice too much other than the skin/blister was turning white. Then around day 15, the edges started to peel up a bit on one side so I knew that part of the skin was dying (if that's the correct term). The key here is DO NOT help to peel it off. Just keep doing the same routine and applying gel twice a day. After like 3-4 more days it really was peeling off and the majority was seperated and boy was it hard not to just rip the rest off. DON'T DO IT. Just keep applying the gel until it naturally falls off. Once that happened, I saw the skin underneath wasn't the light pink "fresh" skin, but more dark and also had these dark spots. So I continued to follow the same steps... soak and gel. After 4-5 days, this skin also started to peel up on the edge and I kept going. This fell off quicker, maybe after like 2-3 days of starting to peel and the skin under this was perfect pink fresh skin. I honestly couldn't believe how well this worked and clearly having it on the hand is easier to do all this than the foot or somewhere else. It was maybe like 4-5 weeks total and just stick with it. This stuff works. It's been 2 months since the wart was removed and the skin is now exactly like the rest of my hand and no sign that a wart was ever there. Very impressed

I thought it was working but after several weeks of use, I feel like it hasn't really done much. It does make my wart White, and I remove the dead skin, and it got down pretty deep, but once i finished the recommended course, it just grew back. I'm sure it works for other people but just not for me. It was easy to use and only took a few minutes to apply.

I’ve used on 2 different warts. The first time it took maybe 2 weeks. The second time it took less than a week. It dries white so depending on the location of your wart, you may want to cover with a band-aid.

Works well! Lasts a while. I got this same brand in the bandaid version, but I went through them too fast. You have to be consistent with this for it to work.
