Does what it says
Great glue. I wanted to wait a little bit before reviewing the product. Now it's been 6 months and it's holding perfectly. I recommendedbit to my friend and she also happy with it. Great product!

Does work
Each pack comes with a small tube of adhesive and a single repair patch, about three inches by 1.5 inches. Can be cut to size.I used it to patch a small leak in a waterbed. Held for about a week. Probably leaked because the patch hadn't been properly coated with adhesive. Another small patch along the leaking edge resolved the issue. Mattress was a good few years old, and vinyl started hardening. Great for a short term measure.

Waterbed mattress repair kit
Blue Magic water bed Mattress repair kit works Perfectly, you must leave the mattress for 24 hours without touching it to full set up ... ideal for repairing a leak so long as you can keep the area free of water for 24 hours .... the repair patch is very soft and pliable just like the mattress is .. No Hard spot when the repair is done ...

Fantastic
We had a small tear - 1cm and the glue and patch worked perfectly. Have used the air mattress for a full 3 nights without having to reinflate

Works perfectly
Absolutely fantastic. I used this to glue over a small hole in my blow up double camping bed. I'd tried the patch kit that came with the bed, duct tape and a nylon glue patch but they all failed. This one worked perfectly and the patch is going strong after about ten uses of the bed. So so pleased. Really easy to use and apply. I applied the patch with the bed inflated, left it overnight then the bed was used the next day with two people sleeping on it. I'd highly recommend this product.

Rubbish product
I am looking for a product to repair a puncture in out EZ inflatable bed. I have tried self adhesive patches which haven’t worked, so thought I would try a product with a separate adhesive. This one was rubbish. Followed instructions, cleaned the area around the leak and then triad to use this product. The adhesive was drying as I was applying it so wouldn’t stick to the mattress. Now looking for another better product. Would not recommend these patches .£10 wasted.

Works. Here are some tips…
As with other reviews, we’d used a few other types of patches before, all kinda failed after a night or so. Tried these. Worked. That said, they are just a basic square of vinyl and a tube of glue. Obviously. No “feathered edges” or pre-glued patch. Pretty basic. Here’s how I fixed our small puncture hole in a blow up bed…1) Clean area with isopropyl alcohol. Every good tutorial always starts with that. Just get some already.2) Blow up the bed3) Offer the patch up, draw round it with a pen4) Use some of the glue to squeeze into the hole to gum it up. This worked surprisingly well.5) With the bed now holding its shape, spread the glue up to to and just over the pen boundary. TIP: it says “sparingly” but this is vulcanising glue and dries super quick and needs to be liquid to bind to the patch, so I spread it sparingly just to “prime” the area, then *quickly* applied another layer, this time, bring a bit more generous and concentrating on getting an even coverage.6) Press in the patch and apply pressure all over the patch, but concentrated near the damage. I used my fingernail to ensure the patch meets the glue.7) Squeeze glue around the edge of the patch to ensure there are no flappy edges lifting that could catch on sheets or whatever. Use the same fingernail technique to ensure the glue and patch bond permanently. It’s a bit of a dance.8) Were about 2 minutes in by this point. I then just pressed my palm and applied pressure over the entire patch for a few minutes.9) Leave it inflated as it dries. I left ours 12 hours and it worked a treat. It says 24hours on the instructions, but, well, you know.10) When I deflated the bed, I was mindful to leave the patched area as flat as possible as I folded the bed into it storage bag.All in all, it did a good job. I’d still use a little more glue next time as you can see from the photos, there are unbounded bits. It’s also a triumph of branding over reality. Give it a name, sell less of it for more money. But it did work, and I did buy it because it seemed more “developed” than the others. I work in marketing, so I should know better. If I was making a V2 of this (or applying another one), I’d get some scissors and round the edges of the patch.Anyhoo, last tips… wash your hands before, you end up with spare glue, so add that to your bicycle repair kit and as ever, the review above may not be that relevant if you’re dealing with a large hole but it worked for me.Hope that helps. ✊

Kleber
