Microsoft Modern Mobile Bluetooth Mouse - Peach

I have used a Microsoft Optical mouse for years, initially with desktop computers and also with a laptop which is now my only computer apart from an iPad. I increasingly use the laptop away from my desk and have been using the trackpad which I don’t particularly like, especially when using spreadsheets or Microsoft Publisher. To use the Optical Mouse away from my desk is not very convenient. This Bluetooth mouse is a very good alternative and performs as well as my optical mouse. It also means that one of the two USB slots on my laptop are not occupied as it is Bluetooth. I do not I have not had it long enough to identify any problems but so far I am very pleased with my purchase. It is just a basic mouse with left and right buttons and a scroll wheel exactly the same as my Optical Mouse. Just one point, I purchased one in Mint but the colour is so pale that I think most people would just think it is off white.

This mouse is comfy to hold and easy to use. It connected quickly. It is precise in its response to pressure and the pointer solid. It is the first 'quality' mouse I've bought. I won't go cheap again.

Really comfortable and looks stylish. Been using this mouse daily for the last 2 years and never had any issues with it. I do wish it was re-chargeable.

I've been plagued by jerky mice on my PC for years. I've tried various brands and shapes, with cables and with USB dongles, and have had problems with them all. Without having too great an expectation, I tried the Microsoft Modern Mobile Bluetooth Mouse. It doesn't have it's own separate dongle, but simply pairs with your existing Bluetooth system. I don't know if that's the reason, but it works perfectly. No jerks, just smooth gliding. I don't even need a mouse-mat with it, as the desktop works fine. My only criticism is it's flat shape. It's actually designed to be portable, so is not the ideal shape for a full time desktop mouse, but I'll get used to it. A great step forward for mice.

This was the ideal solution for use with my Asus Zenbook Flip 13 which only has one USB port. No dongle needed unlike other "wireless" mice, because it connects via Bluetooth. Feels good in your hand and very sleek. Looks good too. Perfect partner for travel laptops or tablets.

Fed up with proprietary dongles for different devices, I decided to go with this Microsoft Bluetooth mouse connecting to "built-in" Bluetooth. The mouse itself is excellent, very smooth, ergonomic and has a nice metal (effect) scroll wheel. The only issue is Windows 10/11 occasionally mis-behaves and forgets the mouse (it is improving now), so you are without a mouse, trying to reconnect via Bluetooth. Other than Windows, it is a great option to end the days of dongle tyranny.

I ordered this Microsoft Modern Bluetooth Mouse for my older daughter's laptop. The delivery and packing were great - it came only for a day! The mouse itself is amazing - it connects straight away to her laptop without any issues and works perfectly. Absolutely lovely modern and sturdy mouse!
