Very good quality tap
I have bought 3 of the waterfall taps and am very pleased with them. They are well made, attractive, and very good quality. One of them developed a slight fault with the lever mechanism, which made it noisy to turn and a little stiff. I Contacted Plumbworld and reported the fault. They sent me a new tap the very next day! That's unbeatable customer service!

Over 2 years later and still works great
We put this in our main bathroom and was good value for money. Builder and no problems installing it and build quality was similar to that of big high street brands.

Great tap but slightly noisy
It's a pretty tap, easy to use, water comes out well. My only complaint is that it's fairly noisy when on mixer (as opposed to just hot or cold)

I thought for the price they wouldn't be up to much, wrong, excellent value for the money. They were to replace the original set, up to now I must admit they are great 💯.
