I've been using this product for about two weeks now and I love it. It's really one of those things that you never think you really need until you own one. In the past two weeks, not once have I accidentally drank from it, ruined a good drinked because I mistook it for my spitoon, or spilled it. It fits in my cup holder so I can take it with me when I leave home, and it's easy to clean and keep scent free. The only con of this product is the seal is almost too good and you will have a time removing the lid the first couple of tries, but it's not so bad once you get used to it.

I got this for my husband who chews because I was tired of looking at a water bottle of chew spit. Yuck. But this does it job for him and I don't have to be grossed out by seeing his chew spit. Lid stays on tight but easy to clean when needed!! Great purchase

I had to use pliers to remove top, impossible to remove by hand first time try. All other tries i couldremove top by hand, but hard to do so. When putting top back on, if i only put it on not all the way,[it'll stay on,] easier to remove. If put back on all the way, very hard to remove top, but easier than first try. When putting top back on, just dont push all the way down and all should be good. They shouldmake it easier to remove top though, I read other reviews where others had same problem. Maybeafter used for a while, it will be easier to remove top. It's still a keeper-

Haven't quite abandoned the empty water bottles just yet, but when dealing with LA traffic. Having this in my cupholder has been amazing. Just empty it before you sit in traffic for more than an hour and have it fill halfway up. Might get some splash back from spit that just sits idle waiting to have its revenge on you. LOL.. oh and pro tip (buy a bottle of mouth wash to keep inside your door so when you park and empty it. Splash a fair amount inside so it does't stink when you open your car up the next morning)As for cleaning: It's fairly easy, hit it with some light dish soap wipe out the first layer with paper towel then apply a fair amount of dish soap, use a rag you don't use for dishes and clean it like any other cup. Rinse and it's clean.

I bought this for my snuff dipping husband. I love it because I don’t have to see his dirty spit cup and the contents. He loves using it too. I plan on buying him another model.

Ladies, if your boyfriend/husband dips, this is definitely the gift to get him. My boyfriend is always dipping, and it was gross to see him put it in plastic bottles at home. He mentioned wanting one of these a couple of times, but never got around to it. I got it for his birthday, and he takes it everywhere! It’s 100% spill proof, which I love. Its easy to clean! I pack it in his workbag every morning! The black one is also discreet, which he likes.

I still found that I used a red plastic cup more. Here’s why: when I’m ready to spit out my chew, I can spit directly in my red cup. With this mud jug, if you spit chew into the top hole, it will clog up the little opening and make a mess. To get the top off, you have to use a good bit of hand/thumb strength to pop off the top to clean or unclog your your mudjug because you spit in the top of it.It does seem to be spill resistant if it falls over. I think the spit hole should be bigger and the top easier to get off.
