Very basic. Easy to understand, perfect for a first time kitten owner. I have had cats before but it was good to brush up on their care.

Didn't like this one very much. Oh sure it had great photos and generalities, but I was looking for more.

Nice book to help take care of your kitten. I wish it had a little more information. The pictures were very nice.

This is a great little book on kittens. Glad to add it to my collection. Love the way the book is designed as well.

The pictures are so cute! But the information is wonderful as well. First time owners will be glad of the pictures showing how to interpret behavior. A kitten crouching with its ears flattened is likely to be frightened, for example.There is information on cat breeds and how to choose a kitten. And for the scared new owner, there is a list of what you will need for your new kitten.Most necessary is the information on sick kittens, what to look for, and when to take your kitten to a vet. There's even information on how to choose a good vet!Then there's the fun part: how to form a loving attachment together, how to play with your kitten, and what kind of toys to buy that your kitten will like.A small book, but contains everything you need to know.

Great book, very informative. Got it for my daughter when we bought her a kitten and she loves reading it.
