Ekena Millwork LVSL0012CB Shutter Lok, Classic Blue, 12 Count

We were relieved to find this color that perfectly matched our outdoor shutters. Worked as advertised. Shutters are now secured!

Repainted old shutters and needed to replace these anchors. Rather than try & match the color we went with white and painted after install. Worked perfectly. Very pleased.

I purchased these for my MIL's shutters on the front of the house so that I could replace them after painting the front wall. I have to say, these things are tough. I could not get them to drive in all the way on the first time and I had even reamed the original hole out. Once I realized I wasn't going to be able to get in to go all the way in, I then had to get pliers to get it out. I then figured I better cut the next one off some to get it to go all the way in. Once I did, I tapped it in and it's really sturdy. Have to say, it was a learning experience, but it worked out great!

These were easy to install and the color matched perfectly!

I removed the vinyl shutters on my house so I could repaint them. When removing the shutters, most of the original fasteners broke due to them being brittle from exposure to the sun. These Ekena Millwork fasteners were almost an identical replacement. The worked great.

I found just what I needed, these are exactly like the old ones I had to replace, when I removed my shutters for painting, the color was perfect,, I watched a video on Youtube on how to extract the old ones and put in the new ones after you paint your shutters. and are ready to hang up. Do your homework and you won;t have a problem.

they fit great...sturdy...on the western side of our little mountain...holding up great in 40mph wind!Cheap enough, fast shipping thanks Amazon!

Not very steady. Have to be real careful putting them in or they will break. Would look for a better quality if I needed more.

Arrived on time great fit just what I wanted.

We painted our shutters red and decided to use these instead of screws and the buttons. My husband drilled out the same holes that were there and tried the 1/4 in. bit first but it was to tight so he went to the next size up. (Which is a strange size).It was perfect and went in well. Hint: keep them out of the sun as they will get soft and bend. Hint 2: don’t push to much of the end threw the shutter before you line it up or it will bend when you tap them in. Use a wooden mallet and make sure you have your shutter right side up or you have to cut the shutter lok off from behind as we did with one.
