As advertised but needs some work.

This snuff is a coarse(not as fine as the British) snuff, and it is damp(compared to the British snuff I used years ago) too, but I knew that before I bought it, so I cannot fault it for this. And if you like British style snuff, then you can dry it out a bit before use, while rolling your pinch of snuff between the finger and thumb before inhalation, will break the snuff up and make it finer. But for me personally, it needed some extra powdered(crushed on a smooth surface, or squashed between two spoons) menthol crystals added after drying, because it lost enough of the menthol in the drying out to need it for myself.
