Q: This wifi phone have support to handover network between access points without broken connection (changing ap to other)?

We have seemless AP handovers using this phone on our Ruckus WIFI system.

Q: Will this work with Asterix?

Sure. It is absolutely prefect for Asterix. by the way, the sip echo canceller should be completely configured (for software echo canceller, oslec), otherwise you will hear your voice.

Q: Does this phone work with RingCental?

Likely, yes. We have ours working with Audian (voip provider) and it works great provided you have good wifi coverage. It uses standard SIP protocols and was very easy to configure.
