I ordered this for my niece who just turned in 7 years old last wk. It is a great smartwatch for kids which can be an ideal replacement of cell phone. It is really easy to use and it comes with plenty of useful functions. The touchscreen is really great and super comfortable to use. It requires a sim card and then it just works like a phone. The interface is user friendly and screen resolution is good though it could be better. It comes with a 1 Gb micro SD card and also offers an mp3 feature which is really cool. We were really surprised by its battery life as it lasted for 3 days with a full charge. It is capable of taking selfies, record audio and the sound quality is pretty good. The belt is soft and comfortable. Overall it's a nice instrument for the price and my niece really loves her new toy.

My 8yo daughter really liked this watch when it arrived, but then she went in the pool with it a week after she got it and it got water in it and it never recovered, even after a week in a bag of rice. Fortunately, we bought the protection plan and got a new one right away. The new one was shipped without a charging cord but fortunately we still had the old cord. After a couple weeks, she took the magnetic charger off her watch and didn't unplug the cord from the charger. Unfortunately the magnetic charger stuck to a piece of metal that was sitting on the counter. The magnetic charger got really hot, melted the plastic and my wife burnt her fingers when she tried to remove it. Since that was the only charge cord we had, we had to buy a new one. The manufacturer did offer to refund our money for the cord. After a week with using the new cord, the watch stopped taking a charge and won't turn on at all. We're done with it. If you do but this watch, be sure to unplug the charging cord when not in use do no one gets burnt (or worse).

Worked great from Christmas until March ~ then they tell you that you have to upgrade the sim card. So, the basic plan is the hook...then all the sudden the watch doesn't work at all and you have to upgrade, and then upgrade and then...you guessed it.....watch is worth the money but speed talk is a gimmick. Find a better option for prepaid service.

The watch works to make calls with a 2g SIM card from SpeedTalk. It’s is extremely frustrating to set up because only half the features work and screen is very sensitive so you constantly have to start over. You cannot upload music, you cannot reset the watch to “factory” settings, cannot change background settings, you cannot set the SOS #’s, and you cannot change the picture associated with each phone number so if you want mom first it will be correlated to the dad picture. Oddly has two time/clock home screens so you have to get past those to get to contacts, etc. For the price it does what I need it to do - let’s my kids (8 and 6) call me if anything were to happen while out playing/riding bikes but I won’t be sad if they break and don’t anticipate having these long term.

I see a lot of reviews saying the sim card/calling feature doesn't work. First thing you need to do is go to speed talk website to see if your area has coverage. When you receive the sim card activate it on speed talk's website BEFORE you put it in the watch. Once you receive email with the new phone number insert sim card into watch. Make sure the watch is not turned on while inserting sim. Once inserted power on the watch. Was able to make calls right away.

So i bought the sim card and we were able to call each other which was great. Very clear surprisingly. It takes pictures but very bad quality. Not a big deal. What really makes me mad is that the pictures show children listening to music with headphones. THERE IS NO PLACE TO PLUG IN HEADPHONES AND NO BLUETOOTH. So i feel they are misleading people on purpose. That makes me mad. I was also pretty sure this watch had a gps tracker but when i look up questions people have asked the answer is no gps tracker. It does have games. They are very simple, not alot of space on a little screen. So if you simply want a calling phone (after purchasing the sim card) then its great and kids like the games and tiny flashlight. Also, not sure if it was just the sim card i got or what but it expired within a month even though we didn't use up all the time. It gave an option to renew the card and i didnt.

De momento no funcionaba el chip, tenía que poner el chip y restaurar la configuración y así ya lo pudo leer! Gracias a eso ya esta feliz mi hija!!! Muy bonito en todos los sentidos

My gal is quite happy with the watch. Can play games and take pic with it. Batt also can last quite long.

No se puede vincular, no se reconoce su código QR, no trae el GPS que indica para poder monitorear.

Lo compré para que cuando mi hija de 6 años no está conmigo me pueda llamar y yo a ella y sirve perfecto. Estoy en México y solamente le puse un chip de Telcel de 130 pesos y las llamadas son muy buenas, se entiende perfecto. Le pongo 4 estrellas porque me hubiera gustado que tuviera GPS pero realmente lo recomiendo para el tema de llamadas
