Hi i am in the same position I have a Go ruck 4.0 coming and their plates are so expensive i looked for a cheaper version I have the 25lb plate which has similar dimensions as the Go Ruck I have used it in my current rucksack and its great and I expect it will fit the go Ruck when I get it in three weeks
