These are mainly pull up grips (upper body) but since they are attachments you can get creative and use these in all manner of whole body exercise.The holds are 8 inches long and have good texture to grasp with or without caulk (these come in a set so you get two). The size is fine for women and men and the curve lets your grasp adjust higher or lower for varying the fit to your hand; simple yet endlessly beneficial.For using as pull up devices they are tops. You can get a one or two handed grip on single bomb or take one in each and and pull up with good arm and shoulder rotation. This angle/curve of the banana helps get your lats from different vectors, in the armpit to lower on the ribs, when you adjust your body's tension. That is a great tool to mix into normal pull up work or alternative between these bombs and gymnast rings for great effect. This obviously works one's grip and forearm power in a very taxing fashion but the texture is such that is won't kill your hands nor be overly rough on your palms.Since these are just handles, they can be put onto fitness bands or attached to cables in a gym or in your home gym. That adds a bonus to your options to train with these. Putting these, using straps and snap hooks, on a loading pin (cylinder with end hook attachment) with weight plates or using kettlebells lets you farmer's walk or do other lifts that involve the legs as well like squats and lunges. It seems simple but the change of grip adds benefit much.I have used these attached to a barbell for a different grip and dead lifted that way for a change of pace; the stress on my body from the grip was unique and while I could not pull as much weight the variety was welcomed in training. It benefits bodyweight training greatly and also as the added feature of being able to enhance weight training activities for many changes of pace.

I didn't even have to think twice about buying these just cause they look so amazing. Then I got them and the grip is perfect. Very functional and yet whimsical at the same time. My kids and their friends all have hand to check these out. I'm not monkeying around when I say I like using these. For hang holds, upright rows, triceps press downs, you name you can use these to change up for your workout and keep yourself entertained all at the same time.

These are amazing! I got them for my niece and nephew for their climbing wall. We hung them from the ceiling and they are now doing pull-ups and flips and swinging around. Tons of fun.
