One of the 5 stems in the order had a flattened side on the thread end. I didn't want to return the whole order as per the usual Amazon way. I reached out to the seller, and with just a single ask, they sent a single replacement stem. The stems work terrifically and are perfect for my needs. Great service and would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
