Savio Replacement Top Pad for Livingponds Filters F100 and F200 - RF001

I always get these filters from another online vendor (not Amazon) and they always fit. This one is an inch smaller than the specs! I had it on a shelf in garage until spring , so I know it's past the allowable exchange period but maybe this vedor would help me out and exchange it for the correct size. How do I get in touch with this vendor? Anybody?

Fits my savio waterfall perfectly! This is my second one so that I can just swap them out for cleaning.

Have 4 ponds with 2 waterfalls and this weir that takes this filter. It does do a great job of catching particulate matter and some dirt. I can hose it off but at least twce a year I just have to replace it- too dirty to be effective and actualy worn away at edges fromthe constant water flowing thru it

Exactly what was needed to clear up my pond. I find that replacing them every spring keeps the pond water clear all season long!
