Had an unusual flakey, dry and itchy with the odd extra itchy red spot like skin condition which developed over the winter. Soap and water would exacerbate the problem. While coconut oil (fat) seemed to help and offered relief, it is rather sticky to everything there is. Not a long term solution.A friend offered his 10% Urea tube, or what was left inside it, not much. This had an immediate effect and actually seemed to be curing the problem aswell, whereas coconut oil seemed to offer relief from the symptoms only. One month later my arms and legs are fully healed and back to normal.For me this is best used immediately after a shower, not too hot and don't scrub dry but tap, then apply a thin layer of 10% Urea. Not so much than the cream is still visible (white streaks) after applying.

Non greasy and works well on your feet

I use this on my feet throughout the year, it keeps my skins smooth and soft, prevents hard dry skin, no splits or sores. Definitely recommend.
