It Fits My 6qt. Instant Pot Duo Crisp
The size is conducive to the 6 qt., so not certain about some reviewer’s expectations. Also, you can leave out trays to allow more space between layers. Personally, I found it easy to assemble and carry over to set inside my pot. Now, will have to see how well it holds up, doesn’t rust, & optional uses for this cookware. Additionally, I won’t be using the dishwasher to clean.

Indispensable
Oh my gosh I’m so happy with these drying racks for my instapot. When I want to dehydrate food I just load yo the trays and then pop them in the dehydrator. Later after I pull out the dehydrated items I then grind them up to make powder for seasonings. My favorite are any type of yellow, red, green pepper or mushrooms. All work well as seasons later for many types of meals and veggies don’t go to waste. It’s a great value for the money. It has a nice capacity for dehydrating items, they are easy to use & clean up nicely. They seem to allow for good airflow. The size it good for 6.5 quart insta pot.

Great for jerky
I wish it was a bit bigger. I think since it fits different models. It's just not fully maximizing space. But otherwise works great.

ALMOST perfect so far!
So we purchased this stainless steel dehydrator rack not so much for dehydrating things but to use inside our very first Ultrean brand 7 quart air fryer. We were anticipating, and it proved to be correct, that certain foods such as turkey drumsticks or turkey thighs or certain other things might actually benefit from being separated and raised up so that heat could circulate underneath it and make cooking time even shorter. By using the stainless steel rack, we were able to cook large turkey thighs in only 20 minutes at the setting of 375° in our air fryer. So far the cleanup has been generally pretty simple because we haven’t really cooked too many “messy” things. The only thing that kind of got stuck was the skin of the turkey legs a little bit but that was as much to blame on the fact that we didn’t want to wipe down the stainless steel with a light coating of cooking spray before hand and that probably could’ve prevented the sticking. We’ve cooked some things with this rack in the air fryer (breaded cod fillets) where we only had to do a light rinse under running water and we’ve also cook the turkey legs to the point where we ran it through the dishwasher and it came out fine.Generally speaking, when fully assembled this dehydrator rack holds together rather well for putting into our air fryer as well as coming out because it has the built-in side handles. One of the few things that I have a problem with is that to keep it a bit more compact there is very little spacing between each of the racks making it next to impossible to try to flip anything without fully removing the racks first. Our early experiences with this find that in order to offload the racks you really have to do it in reverse order of loading which means when you’re unloading you take the top one off and then then you can get out the second from the top and the third from the top without too much trouble and risk of dumping your items onto the floor.Obviously, if you are using this for dehydrating purposes only you may not have any need in your directions to actually flip individual items but again the clearance space between one shelf and the next is probably less than an inch so keep that in mind which is the case with many of these types of dehydrator shelving units.

One of the best Instant Pot accessories I’ve purchased
This rack has been a game changer for me. It fits perfectly inside my 6-quart Instant Pot and I love that you can customize the tiers to fit the food you want to stack. Taking out every other tier is perfect for doing three layers of wings and drumsticks. It’ll feel a little flimsy because the rack shifts slightly when you push it, but the whole unit fits together like a puzzle so it’s stable and I haven’t had any issues with it coming apart. Cleanup is also super easy. I’ve forgotten to oil my wings and pieces of chicken skin ended up getting stuck to the rack. But no problem! I just put the rack back in the pot and filled it with water until it was submerged; once the skin softened, it brushed right off! If you want to step up your instant pot game and increase your versatility (and quantity!) in your pressure cooking, buy this!

Not really useful for air frying
I hoped I could use this to layer items for air frying so all of the fries would get crispy. Unfortunately getting them off the grill is difficult and it stays really hot so either fries are cold when you can touch the grill or you attempt to used pot holders which are difficult with the way the grills hold onto the vertical sides.I haven’t used it for dehydrating so I cannot rate it for it’s intended purpose. That’s on me. I just wanted to make note for anyone else attempting to fry with it.Cleaning the grills is a bit of a challenge mostly due to water staying in the outer ring. The ring is just metal folded over the edges. All the water wants to stay in the ring. I had to shake it repeatedly and wipe as I went to ensure water doesn’t stagnate and cause problems. Lots of work for multiple grates.

Delicious Jerky made from these
I was curious to see how easy it would be to make beef jerky or drying fruits. This worked amazingly with my Ninja Foodi. No complaints at all once you figure out how to stack them properly.

Gets the job done
I dehydrate food for solo camping and have found these racks to be very helpful. Obviously you can’t dehydrate a lot of food at one time like a dedicated dehydrator, but it’s so much faster that I’m able to start another batch within a few hours. You’ll definitely need to rearrange the food about halfway through to compensate for the airflow pattern, but that’s recommended in dedicated dehydrators, too. It feels sturdy and is so easy to put into and take out of the IP. I just wish there was a finer mesh available so I can dehydrate rice.Be warned: light food will get blown around and the mesh is so wide that small food will fall through. This isn’t an ideal setup for green peas or finely diced foods, but with some practice it doesn’t take long to dial it all in.
