Ninja Professional Plus Food Processor, 1000PW, 9-Cup, Grey, BN601

Solid processor so far. love it for chopping things up real nice. beware of cleaning. These blades are sharp and they were VERY unforgiving when I mistakenly got careless while wiping. they will shred through your sponge and you, which is honestly a good thing. Just be careful. Made of strong plastic material and metal blades (I believe are steel?) and a strong motor which i tested with some oatmeal protein bar batter, it feels worth the value. It has precautions built in for safety hazards which is nice. It will not operate if it's not properly set and rotated in. And for those that care, no, it is not a quiet machine.

Easy to use, love the features, easy to clean. There is nothing bad to say about this item, I LOVE mine!

I have to confess that I was planning on keeping my Cuisinart forever, and just replacing the plastic parts as they broke. I was totally sure that no other food processor could be as good as it.... and I was totally wrong. A plastic safety feature broke off 2 days before Thanksgiving and I panicked because I couldn't find anyplace to get a new part in time. So I spent an hour or so reading reviews for other food processors and chose this one. I bought it from Amazon because they could deliver it the next day, whereas the closest store I could pick one up was 6 hours away. I am telling you this so you understand that this was a desperation purchase. But I could NOT be happier. The first thing I noticed was that the turning mechanism was NOT part of the base, so there was no hole in the bottom of the plastic bowl like I was used to. This means that when I turn it on, that initial surge wouldn't make stuff drip out of that center hole and get all over the food processor. It also means that if you want to soak it when you are done, the water won't be pouring out of that hole - you can fill the bowl totally up with water. The lid has a gasket so if you overfill the bowl, it all stays inside when you turn it on. The chute is SOOO nice - no more of the funky extra piece that my Cuisinart had that makes it VERY difficult to clean when you are done. When you use the disk, it is low enough that any vibrations are NOT going to reduce the life span of the bowl, but high enough for you to put a reasonable amount of stuff inside before needing to remove some to add more. When I made a smoothie with frozen strawberries, the machine did it absolutely effortlessly. The chopping blade is amazing - the amount of time it takes for this gadget to chop everything into beautiful tiny pieces is miniscule - I was still putting stuff in the top when I noticed how well everything was already chopped. It has suction cups on the bottom to hold it in place, which is also VERY nice, since my Cuisinart liked to take a tour of my countertops. All 3 accessories fit inside the food processor for storage (I don't know if the dough one would fit in there as well, but I will never use that). There are just a few things that I would like to see improved. The main one is that when you are done, all the lights start flashing. If you have sensory issues like I do, you may want to think twice before buying this - it make my heart start racing and I can't turn the thing off fast enough! I would like the chute to be wide enough that I could put a whole cucumber in it to be sliced. I would REALLY like another disk that could make thicker slices, and I totally understand that it wouldn't fit inside for storage. And it is going to take some time to get used to the pusher. It fits in the chute SO well, that when I first opened up the box, I thought it wasn't included - only to later realize that it was already on the pusher. And I am still having that trouble 2 weeks later - not realizing that it is there until I put something in the chute and nothing comes out - LOL. My Cuisinart's pusher was white plastic, so it was obvious, unlike this one that is made of the same material as the rest of it. But in general, I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it. Oh - and one more thing. The bowl is higher than I am used to, and I was having trouble getting all the tiny garlic pieces off the sides of it. What I did was fill the bowl with water and dump it into a strainer. Ta da - the bottom of the strainer was full of the garlic, which I could easily put into my wok!

This food processor is hands down AMAZING!! It blends everything together really well in a matter of about 2 minutes depending on what you are processing. It is not as loud as I expected which is really nice! It’s a nice 9 Cup capacity so you can make a lot or a little of whatever you are making! It’s so easy to put the cup onto the motor and getting the lid on and off is easy also! The lid has a locking mechanism so small children cannot easily get it off which is nice! It also ensures the processor isn’t running without the lid securely in place. The blades are of course, VERY, VERY SHARP! They make short work of whatever you fix in this handy gadget! I choose to hand wash the pieces. Just my personal preference. They are dishwasher safe. This product does not take up a lot of counter space at all if you want to leave it out. It has very strong suction cups on the bottom that adhere very well to your countertop! This definitely keeps it from moving around on your countertop which is so nice! It’s not overly heavy for moving it around. I found the price to be very reasonable. I have no complaints and I look forward to making many delicious recipes using this fun and great product! I highly recommend this!!

GREAT B BUY DURING prime SALE!

This is my first and probably last food processor ive ever bought. Came delivered double boxed and carefully packaged. This is a very nice looking appliance and seems to be well made in Vietnam. For my first project I decided to try making salsa. Four whole small/medium tomatoes, half an onion and one jalapeno pepper with seeds removed, minced garlic, cilantro, and lime juice. It’s a good thing this appliance has suction feet because when i turned it on it came to life with that 1000w motor. And it did a fantastic job chopping it all up into some delicious salsa. Cleanup was super easy as well. I hope I never have to buy another food processor. Thank you ninja

I didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars, so I got this! I am so glad I did. It’s very intuitive. Easy to use. Easy to clean, works great.

I have been on the fence about getting a food processor for years. I have a 4 cup mini Cuisinart food processor that came with my immersion blender and it’s just too small for my family of 4. I finally bit the bullet and got the Ninja because I wanted a powerful motor and an appliance that would last. It was delivered a few days ago and I’ve already used it twice. I wasn’t sure if 9 cups would be a large enough capacity but it’s perfect—with room to spare. My zucchini has been coming in like crazy in my garden and I shredded 3 zucchini within minutes. This processor shreds so cleanly without making it mushy. It’s surprisingly quiet and I love that it’s dishwasher friendly. The suction cup at the bottom is great too because it keeps it in place. I even used it to make chocolate date & cashew bites which almost killed my mini processor. The Ninja had no problems whatsoever and I was able to make a double batch within minutes. If you’re looking for a food processor, just do yourself a favor and order this one! You won’t be disappointed.

جهاز بطل بكل ماتعينه الكلمة من معنى راااااااائع قوي عملي يستاهل كل ريالل بدون مبالغه ، الغلطه الوحيده الي تكون فيه اني ماانتبهت ع فيش الكهرباء قبل ما اطلب مو مناسب للي عندنا بالسعودية بس الجهاز انصحكم به..تعديل للاسف الجهاز تعطل لان الكهرباء عندنا 220 والجهاز 110 ومافي عندنا صيانة اوتصليح او فرع للشركة مانصحكم عشان الكهرباء بس

Appareil performants, solide donne de bons résultats.

This product is 120V, not suitable for countries with 220 voltage! Thankfully I always check everything for voltage before using them. I honestly don't know why Amazon is selling this here.
