I own various pistols and I generally like to use the plastic brushes to clean them which works well but I also own a Tangfolio Witness Elite Match and the barrel has abrasive finish on the sides underneath the chamber. The abrasive sides are like powder magnets which makes it a pain to clean even after just a few rounds have been fired. These brushes clean the powder off in just a few strokes and make the barrel look like new again.Having said that, I use these brushes to clean a lot of other things like car battery polls and minor rust off steel tools that I own including the drill press that no matter how much oil I put on it, overtime, I always find a spot or two that start to show a little bit of rust.No matter if you own firearms or not, if you look at your toolbox and find more than just a screw driver in there you probably do enough with your tools to need these brushes. They may not be high quality like others but at about $1.50 each, you cannot go wrong having them laying around waiting to be used.

These brushes are very handy reaching tight spaces when cleaning firearms, which is my primary purpose for them. It's nice to get ten of them, because once the bristles get all bent in different directions they become less effective, and having so many makes it easy to throw one away. No suprises, exactly what I was expecting when I ordered them.

I have been very impressed with these. I have been cleaning up several firearms that were seriously damaged by salt water during a hurricane. This has really helped clean up corrosion and damage. Works great for cleaning M4 bolts as well

Perfect for getting in those tight spots. I was using a bore brush, and inevitably pricking my fingers, and it wasn't getting in all the surfaces. I've only used 1 brush so far for 3 cleanings of 2 hand guns, and it's still holding up fine. It should be a while before I need to place another order. Works great.

The quality for the price was good.

I have been looking for a stiff brush to clean the corners of the grill top, most were either too expensive or too large but these were just right and a good price. Just tried them out and does what I want, should stand up to use for awhile and bonus 9 more to use when it does wear out.

I go through a lot of these so started buying these larger packa. I can get 5-10 cleaning out of a brush before it's toast. They work a lot better than plastic bristle variety
