These feel like nice quality notebooks despite the cheap price. They look nicer than dollar store notebooks and hold up better too. Great for the value! Great for journaling or note taking, which we’ve done both with these. They’re obviously easy to use because they’re notebooks. I wouldn’t say they full lay flat though. Would order again.

It looks professional enough for meetings, but practical for everyday life. The paper is nice and thick (no bleed-through!), and it holds up beautifully being tossed in and out of my bag. From to-do lists to quiet journaling moments with my morning coffee, this one’s a keeper. 💛

Great value and quality. no bleed through with gel pens. opens like a book, easy to write in, i do wish the pages were a smidge thicker. nice black canvas cover, bone white pages, lays flat, nice feel overall- better than expected, esp for the price.

I have been a big fan of Amazon’s brand when it comes to their smaller sized hardcover journals. Let’s talk about the phenomenal packaging! These two hardcover notebooks come in sturdy and protective packaging. Excellent and well thought-out. Protected from bending and moisture. This journal surprised me a bit. Pages are thin/feel cheap compared to their smaller hardcover journals (much thicker paper, but priced the same as these). Not a deal breaker. If you’re archiving stuff, maybe use a nicer thickness paper journal. But… it is nice these use acid free paper. And when I use my Pilot G-2 gel pens and Uniball Signo 207 pens there is no bleed thru. That’s what matters to me. Nice that the pages are perforated. If you make a mistake can cleanly tear it out without messing up the spine. At $10-11, these are a great value. If they went up to $16 there are better contenders out there to consider. My suggestion: if you like these, order in bulk to avoid price swings. I manually counted the sheets in my notebook (as of Nov-2025): 168 lined sheets (336 pages to write on). 1 blank sheet at beginning. 1 blank sheet at end.

I ordered these journals two years ago and like them so much that I'm ordering again. Despite almost daily handling, there's almost no wear and tear. They have held up nicely.

I don't normally review something with thousands of existing reviews, but I am delighted with the quality and value combination of this product! The hardcover binding is neat and flat, the sheet quality acceptable, and the overall value, exemplary!

I am used to using laboratory note books. Which are smaller and have a flimsy cover. These books were a pleasant surprise. Fist off, they are bigger than lab books and they suit my purposes now, better than the smaller ones. The cover is truly "hard cover"! Not like the others that claim hard cover but they are only flimsy card stock paper. These are like hard cover printed books. The pages are thick and very durable. You can erase pencil markings with no problem but for legal use you must use pen anyway. Also if you are using pen or marker, most will not bleed through the pages. As a small bonus for me, they have a built in fabric book mark. A small thing, but really useful. Finally the price you pay for two books is a very good deal for the quality you get. I'm impressed and unfortunately, once the selling reads these reviews, they will likely raise the price, once they realize how popular they are. So I plan to order more to get this good deal and to have all my notes in all the same type of books. Looks very professional. I used my Cricut Joy stencil maker to label the front in gold vinyl. I also bought removable book tabs to section off topics.
