Beautiful and stunning but don’t send as a gift directly from Amazon
I am thoroughly impressed with these flowers. BUT, if you are gifting these to someone DO NOT send as a gift straight from Amazon. The receiver, and you, will be disappointed. This is not an alternative to 1-800-flowers. They came in a long very sturdy box, the flowers and the vase were zip tied to prevent damage. When I first opened the box I was nervous because they looked fake. I got 20 (highly recommend) so they were in two separate bunches. The blooms were perfect and sturdy. At first I was disappointed that the vase they sent was not as pictured (tall and skinny) so I started to use my own vase, I learned that wasn’t going to work or look right, so trust the process and use the vase they sent! I cut the stems under cool running water as directed and one by one put each stem in place. They have a natural arch to them and fall as they should. So it took a little effort to arrange them (hence the reason you should not send straight from Amazon if it’s a gift) but I now have a stunning arrangement. Also, there were spots of blue on my hands but after a few washes it came right off. I will buy from this company again. An arrangement like this from a store would easily cost $150, if not more.

My new favorite way to order flowers!
Very impressed! I sent these to my mom in AZ. I live in Texas. She said they were one of the most beautiful bouquets she has gotten. She has gotten multiple compliments from friends and neighbors. They arrived fresh and well packed. Excellent value for the price. I will order again!

Unhappy product
This was, by far, the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon. Originally the order was to be sent to my sister for her 85th birthday. I had the item in my LAPTOP but continued to look into Amazon and see what else they offered prior to sending the item. THANK GOD! When I tried to cancel this product I was sent an automatic message that it was already in the process of shipping....flowers? I don't think you would ship flowers that quickly so, hence, the order did NOT cancel. I tried a second time as well...same result. Too late to cancel, already is process. So as upset as I was, I went back to the page and hit send without changing the gift to be sent to my sister and therefore, the arrangement wound up at my home. It was a mess! A cheap vase that would not hold the flowers.....weight of the vase was too light and twice, even after cutting the stems down, the item fell over and the BLUE dye from the flowers was all over my counter top. Thank God the color did not stain my counter top. I will never use this company again and think Amazon should think twice before they do, as well. KaBloom was totally not a good idea. My sister who resides in a nursing facility could have never handled the container and/or the mess that was had by this purchase.

Impressed
This photo is the actual arrangement on day of delivery. My grandmother was so impressed by the excellent condition and exotic, vibrant colors. She has already shown them to her neighbors. I would have used this as my wedding bouquet had I seen it 8 yrs ago.

These flowers were absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!! The colors were vibrant and the quality was perfect.!! These orchids were purchased for my son to give to his girlfirend at the prom. Worse Than Average Quality
So I will take some responsibility for being the 1diot ordering flowers in 110F heat (probably the mail truck is 140F or more), but I wanted a bouquet for my birthday which is unfortunately in said heat. Nevertheless, this is one of the worst experiences I've had with a mail order bouquet, but probably there was just some multiple bad luck coming together. The bouquet arrived to start with in so-so condition, with some blooms already fallen off. It comes in two bouquets which are wrapped in tissue paper inside a plastic wrap, and each stem has its own water supply tube. There also was a free small vase, and I had my own vase as well. Neither of these vases turned out to be the ideal size or shape for these heavy long stems. The tissue paper was a shredded watery mess, some of the stems already were super wet from spilled water, and blue dye everywhere. The bottom bouquet was in worse condition from the top.I washed both vases with soap and water and rinsed them thoroughly. I filled them with room temp/warm water. I simply picked the paper off the stems and removed the tubes but I see now I should have spent more time rinsing them off. I re-trimmed the ends and put them in the vases. I placed the vases in a 73-82F room with tons of indirect sunlight through the day, but very low humidity where I live alas. I changed the water every other day and rinsed out the vases well each time. The stems looked worse with each day, rather than getting better at first as implied. By day 2, I had to throw out 2 stems because they'd rotted mid-stem. Rather than open up, the top unopened blooms fell off soon. I've never seen this before, but the roots started growing white mold like crazy after about 4-5 days. The stems were shedding blue dye copiously right after every water change. Perhaps getting dyed stems is just not a good idea for longevity. But the bouquet lasted just past a week, which was less than I had been hoping.I don't know if there is something I could have done better like less water or more water. If I do ever try to reorder these again, I'm going to go with multiple vases of a different design because the one than comes with and the book design one I had on hand were just not right at all, one was too tall, one was too lightweight, and a wide vase is a mistake with the particular bouquet.

Warning, you may get blue fingers!
I sent these as a gift and they were truly lovely. It is impressive how fast they ship from far away. But unfortunately they are a product of dyeing process. Although it was amusing that my mother’s hands turned blue from arranging them, she’s lucky she didn’t ruin something. She did think they were beautiful.
