Okay when your cheerleading you don't want your choose two big or fit perfect because you need support and them to be tight. I always get a size down because I like mine very snug . Great product and if your reading this they do work becaouse their shoes just I would get a size or just a half size down from your actuall shoe size ive cheered for 17 years and I got a perfect shoe size once and when I was flying it flew off during comp.
