The ad says 1000 mg of thyme. The bottle says each pill contains 50 mg.Maybe I am missing something.I think it helped my circulation, but can't be sure. I ramped up slowly to 4 per day. The dosage is 1x50mg, but the ad says 1000mg per pill.
