Is the inside of the glass votive candle holders silver?

Thanks for your inquiry, DARJEN mercury glass votives candle holders with a golden outside paint design makes the light softer, warmer & elegant, and the silver coating on the inside makes the votive candle holders more translucent and bright.

Are there 24 pieces or it's 12pieces like some reviewers say they received?

Dear customer, each set includes 24 pieces candle holders, if you only received 12 pieces, please contact amazon customer service ASAP and ask them to resend it to you, because sometimes amazon warehouse stuff separated the package and deliver wrongly, it is an unusual case
