will this work with , Bosch MRC23EVSK 2.3 HP router ?

Yes on the fixed base,not sure about the plunge base ,should be the same base plate, but you also need the RA1126 which works with the RA1100,then you can use PC or similiar bushings

Is there bushing that won't come loose and ruin my bits like on the makita 3 prong that screw onto the base plate itself, i have a craftsman m# 320 27

All bushing require that they be tightly held in the mounting plate. Please turn the bushing to lock it into place. Occasionally check to make sure it's still tightly held in place. I've never had one come loose.
