I had a back injury and had a back brace which has a rigid back. I am out of the brace and in this bra. It “reminds” you to stand up straight and keep your shoulders down if you buy the correct size. In addition, it is not meant to be worn all the time. You need to build your muscles. I wear this during physical therapy to learn the correct posture while learning the exercises. When I do my exercises at home I do not wear it.I ordered my regular bra size and it gives my torso the support it needs.I am still in some pain and probably always will be because of the nature of the injury. Just don't rely on this to take away your problem. Build your core!

I was hoping to correct some posture issues that are causing me back pain. The structure of the back of this bra is great, and the straps are wide and adjustable. I think it does support my posture more than my regular Wacoals do.Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The "cups" are constructed like a cheap sports bra -- there is no support, separation, or lift. Don't be fooled bythe model's picture! I ended up with a squished uniboob, and my cups are running over. I have to constantly adjust throughout the day or the girls will make a break for it.I'm not one of those mythical women who are wearing the wrong bra size, I've been measured many times at a reputable lingerie shop (not by the tweens at VS). The cups do not fit true to size, and I'm wearing it on the loosest hook option. This is a real bummer, since I washed it and have worn it several times, trying to give it a chance... it's just an expensive mistake now.

This is very well made item and has decent adjustability in arms and front closure. It’s cut is just a little too big for my petite frame so sending back. I’m 5’4” 125 lbs and usually a 36A. This is a 36B

A little big compared to usual bras but with no wires is comfortable.

I measured 38” around, but ordered a 40. Just a hunch told me to order up. I’m glad I did because the 40 fit me perfectly. I am generally a D cup, or XL. This 40D bra fit very well, but not perfect. There was a slightly saggy part, right at the top of the cups. Not so bad that I will send it back. I feel if my saggy Mom Boobs were a little perkier the cups would have been perfect, so there it is; transparency.

I purchased this bra expecting it to fit slightly better than the $12 posture bra I had previously purchased.The wide shoulder straps, padded cups, and front enclosure were great parts to f this bra. However, the straps sit on the under arm and pinch the folds of the skin. It is uncomfortable the moment you close the bra. It will bruise the skin if worn all day. The cups are large and do not fit properly.I usually wear size 36C and I purchased according to sizes.I do not recommend this style due to the poor fitting on the breasts and armpit area.

I absolutely love this Bra! Is very comfortable, good support and great fit. Easy to wear and gives a natural shape, fabric feels good. I completely recommend this bra.
