Razor sharp knife cuts with ease
I was struggling to find a knife that would ease the job of cutting a dozen apples a day into 1/8 segments. This knife solved the problem. It cuts the apples effortlessly. However this razor sharp knife also cuts me, but it is not the knife's problem that I am a kutz.

The Best Paring Knife I've Ever Used
I ordered this very reasonably priced paring knife after spending three weeks in a residential hotel in Metz, France, and thinking to myself that it was the best paring knife I had ever used. And I still think so. I can slice strawberries and cucumbers so that they are almost paper thin, but I can also use it on harder vegetables like carrots.
