Bristles are rubber and too soft . You still have to brush now for over 2 min.

Don't work I have fully charged this toothbrush and it would turn on and work for about 5 seconds then turn off the lite worked the first time I turned it that's it I have tried to turn it on and use it mabe 5 time and now it won't work at all

I bought 2 of these for a couple of friends as gifts, so I haven't used myself. But it arrived quickly, looked great and sounded like the perfect idea. Feedback from both of them though is that it really doesn't do much of anything. Barely moves and in no way is a substitute for actually brushing teeth, unfortunately. I had high hopes. Maybe as this type of item is around longer it will be improved.

Received this item and it would not power on right outta the box

Fits nicely in my mouth. Vibrating is similar to a normal tooth brush. Love that I can do stuff with my hands like brush my hair or put on pants. It's great when I'm in a rush to get out the door.

Mouthpiece is not deep enough for adult sized teeth. Otherwise, it operates as advertised.

It didn’t work for me nor made any improvements, I had to brush my teeth right after, so I would like to return it

I’m sure this product makes sense for teeth whitening, but as a toothbrush, it is ineffective and a waste of money.I literally just received it, charged it and tried it for the first time. Once done, I used my old toothbrush and got my teeth properly clean.I was hoping that this would be a step forward, but not a chance.

Decent product - does not replace brushing or flossing - and its convenience in a jam is directly contrasted by its extremely finicky and flimsy charging dock - enjoy it growing bright led and flashing bright green while you are trying to sleep and waking up it it not charged because it was 1% off the charge by a mouse fart or 100% charge that lasts about 3-6 30 second intervals.Big MehBattery Life is a more important 5star catatory than easy to use

Completely and totally useless

it served the purpose very nicely. my son's teeth and gum are very sensitive to the normal brush, so this Magentak brush was a very good solution, but unfortunately it was broke from the neck area in couple of months of use.

Just to make you aware that this electric toothbrush doesn't serve the purpose as it does not provide effective toothbrushing. It's a waste of money. This product is not a good item. Maybe you can just take it off your items list. I would recommend to stop selling this automatic tooth brush.
