Questionable authenticity
I installed this pump in my car about 8 months back. It was installed properly with an in-line fuel pump in addition to the sock filter it cam with. I have a flex fuel setup, so the pump sees both standard gasoline as well as e-85, although typically the maximum blend is about 60% ethanol. The pump seemed fine, overall when I first received it. But I felt it underperformed initially. My car probably makes around 500hp on E85, turbocharged. I would have expected this pump to handle this power level but it wouldn't. So I went with a dual-pump setup, staged, to ensure enough fuel flow. Blissfully, I went on just assuming the pump was authentic. That was until this past week on my first extended road trip with my car. I was returning form an 8 hour trip to visit family during the holidays. The car was running continuously except for 2 gas stops, taking about 5-10 minutes each. The pump started failing as I exited the highway, luckily, at home. Upon accelerating from a stoplight, the car felt way down on power and even sputtered. I glanced at my wideband air fuel gauge and it was way leaner than stoich. I limped the car home and hooked up my laptop so I could read the fuel pressure. I was showing, at idle, only 27psi. My base pressure is 42, and so at idle with vacuum it's usually around 35-37psi. After shutting the car off and letting it cool for a few hours, I started it again to move it into the garage and base pressure with car off was back up to 42. I have no doubt in my mind this is a pump issue and not something else and it cannot be trusted. Based on the fact the flow initially didn't seem up to snuff, and now with the pump failing completely after only 4 thousand miles of total use, I'm skeptical of the authenticity.

I highly recommend this pump.
I like how easy was to install it in my stock 96 Acura Integra GSR gas tank. I had to modifiedthe cap because I upgraded the fuel lines. I had my car tuned and making 733 WHP with E85.

Garbage
Does not appear to be a real Walbro pump. Brand new and for the first 45 minutes it would run at 50 psi fuel pressure. After about 45 minutes of tuning the pump seemed to start overheating and the pressure slowly started dropping. Mild turbo Honda K24 setup. Frustrating to say the least

Received a used pump!!!
I received a used damage pump without a kit, no box in a generic bag. Bag has LPN barcode, seems it was a return.

Not impressed
Did not come with everything posted. Literally just the pump. No filter, clamps, hose, anything. Will install today and update my review.

Don’t believe it’s a true walbro pump.
Don’t think it’s real, and if it is it’s really disappointing. I have it in my Escalade making around 800hp and it’s not even much better than my stock pump. I was dropping to 20psi before but still dipping to 30psi with this one. It is slightly better but for the money and work that I had to do it’s not worth it.
