Good: Exercises displayed furing the 50 first pages.NO originality: exercises already seen.Boring: 'salad' of exercises. From a workout to another the combination changes using always the same exercises.The important part is that when you open the book, you have to feel like "Oooh I want to try that... and that..." Here the exercises/combination are so dull and boring that I didnt feel the 'call'. Good luck!

Wrong cover on the wrong book
There is absolutely nothing in the book I received about workouts even though the cover says HIIT. The entire book is diet and recipes. Not a single page about a workout. This feels like a bad joke!

Good book on HIIT for women, with workouts focused on body areas
The book starts with info on high-intensity interval training. The second section, "The Fundamentals," has step by step instructions with illustrations on each exercise. Then section three combines exercises into 15 minute HIIT workouts, and those are grouped by the body area to be focused on. The fourth section of the book is a Weekly Fitness Journal with spaces for goals, and daily boxes for water/fruit/greens and veggies/feelings/sleep/workout notes. There are spaces for 15 weeks. The journal would be difficult to use in an ebook version.Overall, the book has a lot of good info and guides you through HIIT workouts.I received a review copy directly from the publisher. All opinions are my own.

Well-rounded book of information
I received a review copy from the publisher, but all opinions are my own.This HIIT manual was all encompassing. It wasn't just a book full of workouts it was a book full of the before, during and after, the workouts, the why's and even meal plans to accompany that workouts to get the best gains.As a person that was most interested in the workouts, this book had way more than I needed, but I found great benefit in all the additional information.This book would be great for a HIIT workout beginner who is looking for the fullest experience.
