I bought several different hot honeys. This is easily the hottest. Using too much could discourage some (novices beware). I like it in my coffee. Very sweet with burning after taste. You might want a glass of milk or a lemon handy. There was no crystalization, possibly because it is adulterated with chili pepper. However, in my experience only pure tupelo and orange blossom should not crystalize.Side note. The EU requires that honey be sold only if it IS crystalized. Clear liquid honey indicates possible adulteration, not allowed in EU. Honey is a food most likely to be adulterated.

I got this for my brother’s Easter basket and he puts it on everything—especially pizza! He loves the balance of sweet and heat. Great gift for spice fans. A little expensive, but worth it for the quality.

I've tried a lot of Hot Honey, this one is by far the best hands down. I put it on pizza, and in my hot Chai Tea every moning. It's adds just enough kick for a chilli-head like me.

I'm not big on sweet and heat typically... That said, I love honey (also love spicy). While on a road trip, I flippantly grabbed a "hot honey" chicken biscuit, and loved it. I found that the place used Mikes brand. Found it on Amazon, and went for the hotter variety. It is quite a bit hotter than the standard, but a true "hothead" will likely be unfazed. Regardless, it's good stuff, and I find myself thinking about new foods to dip in it .

We love hot honey in this house. Our favorite is on fried chicken though works for so much more as well. My son loves on biscuits with butter and it works with pizza too, soo good!

Adds great flavor to chicken, beef, pizza, just about anything you want to spice up. Has a bit of an extra kick compared to regular Mike's Honey.

Way better than the regular Mike's Hot Honey, which I don't find remotely hot. This one has a kick. Bought it for pizza, but now use in my nightly cup of tea. Delicious

You know I bought this awhile ago and should of done a review at the time. I seen this show up on youtube and it reminded me of this honey. Ok I bought both honey. The original hot honey and they this. I tried this with a spoon. Then on other foods like toast and waffles. Ok so it don't work well on Pancakes or Waffles But to be hones I may only used this a few times since I got it cause the heat is very intense. Like 10x hotter my honest opinion. To be honest this is too hot to enjoy on your everyday breakfast. I enjoy the original better then this. However this is very hot but it wont' make me give a bad rating and it's a very well made chill infused honey. Flavor is there and so it the heat. if you want something sweet and hot the same time. This will do the trick. But i just want to be honest with you with this product.
