I just received this and today is my 1st day taking it so I can't tell you how it is working yet. But I will when/if I notice any difference.I went ahead and gave it 3 stars for now because the packaging was good; arrived quickly; and as I did my online research this product seems to be made with very good ingredients, especially including the AstraGin along with the Bioperine and C3 formula, and for a good price.But then this is where it kind of loses me...see in my photo: why are the ingredients in the clear capsule dark and not orange like most Turmeric & Curcumin supplements BUT the cotton ball inside is very orange???

I am giving tumeric five stars. It absolutely works great for my arthritis. I would definitely recommend. However I can tell you that it's doesn't always work for everyone. As good as it works for me it did absolutely nothing for my husband. I would highly recommend take a chance you never know if it will work for you or not.

The pills were fairly easy to swallow though got stuck in my throat a few times. Hot drink helped get them down. Distinct pepper smell and after taste. I had suffered from inflammation for about 8 months and had hoped. Started this pill with daily vitamins, and 3 x a day aspirin. My elbow and ankle are just irritated as before. Mild pain relief though probably more from the aspirin. I took each pill with some olive oil or other fats to help absorption but nothing happened in my experience.

Product works great! The amount of Curcumin you are getting exceeds all others for the price. Do yourself a favor and compare ingredients to others. This is one of the better products on Amazon.

This supplement contains the standardized curcuminoids at 95%. Per serving, which is 1 capsule, they note it contains their C3 Curcumin Complex, 500mg. Thus the curcuminoids @ 475mg. Also of significant interest, it lists an ingredient as AstraGin (50mg), which is some blend of Astragalus and Pax Ginseng. I believe both of these components are important health supplements/herbs, ingesting them daily. So, it is fantastic to find a curcumin supplement that includes a blend that has both of these ingredients. And, BioPerine 10mg, which purportedly facilitates bio-availability, with 95% Piperine.Of particular note, on the bottle, they include this statement: "C3 Comples has also been acknowledged by the FDA for self-affirmed GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) status. No othe curcumin supplier has this comprehensive safety and taxicity data recognized by the FDA and when it comes to your health, safety always comes first!"That statement is rather profound, and impactful. As I mentioned, regarding the badges/certifications, these concepts are important for the vitamin/supplement market and especially for the health and well-being of consumers.Also, the bottle mentions that AstraGin and BioPerine have 'been clinically proven to increase absorption of Curcumin by up to 2,000%." I was aware that BioPerine enhances absorption, but not the aspect regarding astragalus and pax ginseng. Learn something new everyday.Attached are photos, with close-ups to highlight aspects mentioned in this review.I am impressed with the ingredients of this curcumin supplement, and the certifications/concerns of the company.As such, this supplement merits a 4.5 - 4.75 star rating, with a very high level recommendation.

Excellent Anti-Inflammatory, Joint and Pain Relief!! This brand works great. but it cost more for one month than NatureWise cost for a two month supply here on Amazon!! Both of them have essentially the same ingredients and strength!! If you can get this on sale it is an exceptional product!! Thank you!!

About 6 years ago, I added Turmeric as a supplement after doing some research on inflammation and turmeric impacts. Since starting, my blood panels have been improved in areas like triglycerides and LDL. This common ingredient in East Indian food is a plus to any supplement plan. This vegetarian and high potency mix seemed to be a solid choice, at a reasonable price.

these help reduce my body inflamtionthey are not on par with prednisone, but u can not take them for longso I take 4 of these daily and get some reliefpriced well considering the effectiveness...recommended...
