I have been looking for a product to help me regain some additional energy/ strength during my workout, as my workout is for long periods. I have to say, that this product does not disappoint. It gives me what I have been looking for compared to some other products I have used in the past, this is so much better. The cherry cola flavour took my taste buds some getting use to, but after 2 days of using it, it actually tastes quite nice. Saying that I will try other flavours to. It does kick in around 15 minutes after drinking the shake and you will notice a burst of energy which will last for sometime. For me, i can train an additional hour on top of the hour i have already been training for. I take exactly 1 level cup. Saying that it depends on you, your preference to the amount but 1 scoop is perfect for me. Just follow the instructions on the package.As for the metal bottle. Looks good and sturdy but I haven't used it yet as I have others that I use.Honestly, this is a great pre-workout solution for anyone.

I understand the protein shaker is free and I can see why you would want to get rid of them because they leak everywhere. Pre workout is great I’ve been using this same one for the last few months and it’s still very good

Excellent product at a brilliant price

This is a fantastic pre workout. Mixes really well. Tastes like refreshers. Doesn't have high Creatine level so can be taken with post workout shake no problem. After about 10 mins you can feel your nerves tingle and start throwing weights around like they ya mamma..The free cup is cheap. The stopper ripped within a week.So if you can get it cheaper without it get that.

I have gotten through the whole tub now and I must say the flavours aren't bad. Although they aren't always consistent and sometimes they taste better than other times it usually does have that nice kick. But the taste is the least important part of pre-workout. So let's focus on the performance. This pre workout makes me ready for any gym session. I almost always end up with a solid pump. It also lasts enough for a whole session with just 1 scoop. This pre-workout beats most expensive pre-workouts for a perfect price point! I have also used the shaker for both pre workout and protein powder. I must admit the shaker isn't the best at getting rid of clumps but it works well. When I use the shaker with pre I have noticed very less clumps. However with a very thick protein powder it struggles to filter the pieces down.

Great flavour, great taste, even greater pump. Just such a shame about the bottle that I got in the bundle. The cap snapped second time after using. The bottle itself is metal and well made. It doesn’t leak either which is a massive bonus. Just the lid cap came away from the rest of it.Other than that, well worth the purchase

Solid metal shaker, easy to clean. Abe sour apple flavour is a great tasting pre workout drink. Will buy again.
