It blew up during normal charge at 1:40 this morning. It was charging on the same socket it has always been charged from, the battery exploded, noise woke my dog, caused me to jump out of bed and put out a small fire. Battery blew 12 feet across the master bath, and there was fire/smoke soot over everything in my master bath. The fact that there was a small Windex bottle next to my accessories box probably reduced the fire. I immediately pulled the plug, threw everything in the sink and started running water. Then I grabbed 2 large fans, opened up rear bathroom window and blasted Ozium into central A/C intake. House still smells smoky and burned.

Just got it : 1)Missing items, no oil & no brush. 2) Instructions tell you to look at pictures below...no pics to see 3) Charged up...motor....slows down after about 8min.I won't go thru the problem of sending it back...I don't think this product will last a month of use.Ck.around & you can find a REMINGTON (same razor for LESS! Well made in CHINA...NO WONDER! Funny...says ROYAL PHLLIBUS(MFG)Instructions say thanks for buying your new REMINGTON???? Save your $$$!

These look like a pair of Remmington I use to own and love. Look alike is what they are. The remmington cut much better. I will be keeping them just wish they were more like the ones I had.

While I loved to use this product, it only worked for 4 or 5 cuts. I ordered it on May 6 but didn't receive it until July 27, so today would be 30 days of use, but Amazon won't honor that ... not happy..

I've very disappointed in these clippers. It's all my fault, I was trying to save money. I Should have purchased the REAL Remington Shaver. In every way, shape and form these clippers look just like Remington down to every detail except the name. My husband sat down for me to trim up his hair and kept pulling away, asking me what I was doing? These clippers do not even cut well, they PULL HAIR. Don't try to save money, Buy the real thing and save yourself some time and money. Never Again!

I ordered this because I have another just like it. However I would be careful who I order it from again. They said they had 8 in stock so I figured it would be a couple of weeks, after all it's only a 10 hour flight. But it has been forever and I Doubt if i ever get it because it never moves.. You could walk to China or row a boat in the time it takes for delivery.. It is a great clipper and I like my other one a lot but I would never order from this company again..Just too incompetent..

Virtually the same item as the Remington at about two-thirds the price. Mine is branded Royal Phllibus. Works great for my overall same-length hair cut and beard trim. The battery has not let me down yet during a hair & beard cut. I don't have a thick head of hair nor a thick beard. This item works great for me.

I absolutely loved the trimmer called "Curve", I have but its charging is hit or miss at best. This current trimmer I believe is the answer. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.
