Nike Women's Metcon 5 Training Shoe

These shoes are wonderful, they fit great. I use them for crossfit. The color pink is even more vibrant than the picture and it is beautiful. The best part- they come with an optional attachment to make them into a pair of lifters. Love that. Comfortable and relatively affordable. Thank you Capital Athletes!

I was looking for a good stable shoe to wear to the gym for squats, thrusters, deadlifts, etc... These shoes fit the bill. If you are looking for a running shoe as well i would not recommend. The fit is snug, which i would expect for stability. I have narrow feet and they are still snug. Great shoe for the gym!

After years of searching and trying different ones, I finally found this shoe to be THE BEST for cross training. I didn't even have to break in. Delivered one afternoon, wore it for the evening cardio interval training and never looked back. I simply can't say enough. I do group cardio, intervals and boxing with this. Absolutely love it! If you are looking more for walking or running, personally, I prefer Brooks Ghost.

Early last year I purchased 3 pairs of Nike AirMax running shoes because I love all the colors (white and pink, white pink and blue and white, yellow and orange). This past Wednesday evening (1/20) I decided at last minute to purchase this Nike Metcon 5 by a recommendation of a friend, a little over my budget but it was a good investment. My preferred color was white with black sole but it was not available on my size.What I love is that is comfortable if I don't use thick socks. Also love that it arrived overnight, by yesterday (1/21) the Metcon5 were at my doorsteps. Also I like Hyperlift insert that was included. I purchased the same shoe in another color and did not had the hyperlift insert.

As a newbie for me a sneakers is a sneakers 🫣 however as I got more into the gym and love all things Nike I decided to do some reading and I learned that Nike made sneakers specifically for weight training and HIIT, hence my buying the Metcon 8 - these sneakers are NOT meant for running! They are for you to wear when strength training and let me tell you, you feel the difference. I have greater stability, especially when squatting. The only thing I don't like about it is I need to get a different set of socks because it is cut lower than my other sneakers.Thank you Nike!! This is just what I needed!

Great shoes just make sure you get the size right

I do a lot of weight training at the gym but never had proper weightlifting shoes to wear. I decided to buy these Nike Metcons and I’m so happy I did! They are really good and I feel stable when lifting heavy weights. I love the color and have received many compliments!

Love the shoes, love the look, I get lots of compliments! Only one thing though, the soles are a bit hard, so loud when walking and not as much shock absorption.

These trainers are worth every penny, I was having issues with my sacroiliac and since purchasing these the pain has almost gone. I do a lot of HIIT training and they feel very supportive and comfortable.
