My husband and I love these stools! We set them up last night for our 6 foot kitchen island. 3 stools look best for our size island, but 4 stools do fit. Very easy and quick to assemble. Beautiful dark wood seat and sturdy black metal frame. The seat swivels easily when we sit on them, and it appears that it is built to not tighten up like some stools do when they are swivelled too much in one direction. The foot rest is placed at a very comfortable height, even for my 6'5" husband. The seat is flat across, so it doesn't have leg grooves or rounded edges, but it is still very comfortable for a wood stool. The feet of the stools have rubber covers, so I'm not worried about our floors scratching (whenever we put them in). They are the perfect match to our "industrial farmhouse" look we were attempting to go for in our kitchen. Plus, we bought these stools at an EXTREMELY low price due to the seller's clerical error (it is now fixed in their posting, I believe), but I'm so pleased they honored their price to us and that they were happy to put the customer first. They are worth much, much more than what we paid for them!

I bought these in August. After a little more than a month the stickers-which I thought the seats were solid wood-peeled and changed color. The company sent me new seats and I installed them. Today-my friend sat in them and the composed wood seat on all four chairs are falling apart. Before wee noticed this-my friend sat in the char and leaned back and the support broke off and she fell out of the stool. These are exactly what you pay for. The have rusted and the wood has fallen apart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My only complaint is that the Allen wrench tool that came with chairs is useless. Thankfully I have a set of good Allen wrenches for assembly. That is the only tool required. Two different sized Allen wrenches.

The chairs came well packaged and were easy to assemble. There were no scuffs or dents at all, and the package came with extra of each screw type needed.The chairs are hefty and just the right weight - the materials are not at all flimsy. The quality is higher than expected for the price. Highly recommended.

Really love these chairs. They were super easy to put together and a very sturdy. They are perfect for my porch!
